House Rules

Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso/room/night,on Single/ Double / Twin Occupancy
The rate for an extra person is per person per nightand is inclusive of breakfast and transfers
Prevailing rates shall apply to extended stays(charge to guest, non-commissionable & subject to room availability)
No-show and shortened stayis non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-re-bookable
Rates is subject to change without prior notice
Senior Citizen/PWD discountapplies to Published Rates. Not applicable to any existing Promos.

Force Majeure 
The Hotel shall berelieved of its obligations hereunder in the event and to the extent, itsperformance of this Agreement is delayed or prevented in whole or in part byany cause beyond its control, including without limitations acts of God, changeof laws, war, civil unrest, fire, flood, earthquake or explosion. Sale,nationalization or expropriation of the Hotel essential construction tothe Hotel seizure of the Hotel under legal process, strikes, lockouts,work stoppages, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Hotel that makes it impossible for the Hotel to operate fully or partially.

Renovation Works
The Hotel reserves theright to close any part of its facilities and to carry out such repairs, improvements, and upgrades of the Hotel from time to time and at anytime as it deems fit in its absolute discretion. In such a case, the Hotel will not be liable for any compensation whatsoever.

Cancellation Policy

The Hotel &Resort reserves the right to charge equivalent to the full charges of thebooking for cancellations made 7 days before the check-in date, 50% charge willapply to cancellations made 14 days before the check-in date. Full penalty charges will apply to no-shows andshortened stays.

Child Policy·       
Children below 11years old shall be Free of Charge as long as sharing a bed with Adults(accommodations only)
Children 12years old and above are considered adults.
